Our Guarantee

We want you to love your map. Every Locus Maps print is custom-made for you, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If your print arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or simply isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll resolve it.

We offer the following options:

  • Free reprint and reship — if there's a quality issue, wrong address, or printing defect, we'll reprint and ship a new copy at no cost to you.
  • Full refund — if you're not satisfied and don't want a replacement, we'll issue a full refund within 7 business days.
  • Exchange for a different style or size — want to try a different art style or size? We'll swap it out.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@locusmapsai.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include a photo if there's a visible quality or printing issue — this helps us improve.
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with your options (reprint, refund, or exchange).

Return Shipping

You do not need to ship the original print back to us. Because every map is custom-made, we cannot reuse returned prints. Simply keep or recycle the original, and we'll send your replacement or process your refund.

Digital Downloads

Digital download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, as the product cannot be "returned." However, if you're unhappy with the quality or result, contact us and we'll work with you to generate a new version or issue a credit toward a print order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement — no questions asked.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the print has not yet entered production. Once production has started (typically within 24 hours of order placement), we can offer a reprint in a different style or size, but cannot cancel the order.
